Ke Choy under Section 578 of the Code
of Civil Procedure.

UPON the Application of Jun Ke Choy and upon reading the Affidavit of Jun Ke Choy filed herein on the 10th day of
February 1939 and the Affirmation of Ping Chih Chen filed
herein on the 10th day of February 1939 and upon hearing the
Solicitors for the said Jun Ke Choy IT IS ORDERED that warrants
do issue to the Harbour Master to stop the clearance of each
of the vessels named in the Application herein until further
order of this Court AND FURTHER that the said warrants lie in
the kegistry of this Court until security shall have been given
by the said applicant to the satisfaction of the Registrar in
the sum of H.K. $10,000 for each vessel.
